Tour Prices
All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars.Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not including in the tour itinerary, own optional tours and personal spending expense.
 
Payment Producer
Deposit payment of 20% of the tour price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation.The remaining payment must be settled on arrival of the clients.
 
Cancellation
Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notice is received Cancellation charges are as following:
        30~15 days prior to arrival : 20% on Tour Price
        14~3 days prior to arrival   : 50% on Tour Price
        Arrival day                           : 100% on Tour Price
        No show                              : 100%

Eugenia Travels understands that cancellations are a part of the business . So we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy. Company operation and communication costs and direct charges which may be levied by our local providers such as hotels, airlines,etc. will normally be charged to the client. We do recommend that our clients carry adequate travel insurance which cover costs in case a cancellation charge is required.
 
Complimentary
Every 16th member of a group will be given a complimentary.
 
Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the tour programs.

Insurance
We recommend all clients to obtain the nessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.
 
Dometic flights, Accommodation & Meals
Please note that Eugenia Travel & Tours Co,Ltd. resveres the righ to substitute the hotel, restaurant and domestic flight of similar standard should the situiation require it. Please also note that first class accomodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations. We will always arrange the best accommodation available.
 
Responsibility
Eugenia Travel & Tours Co , Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels.,airlines, transport or other services. Therefore we have no liabilites for any loss, injury,demage,accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs.Additional expense due to delay,accidence,natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be born by the clients.Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour.Participation in our tour implies the tourist’s agreement to the above conditions.
